At Memi, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. We guarantee that our pieces are free from manufacturing defects.

Coverage: If, within the initial 12 months of your purchase, you identify a manufacturing defect in your jewelry, please promptly inform us. We will promptly address the issue by either repairing the item or replacing it at no cost to you.

Exclusions: Please note that this warranty does not cover items that have been subjected to abuse or have been altered by a third party.

Additional Information: In situations where the warranty doesn't apply due to abuse or third-party alterations, we may still offer repair or replacement options, but these will incur a charge.

Is memi jewellery gold plated or vermeil?

No, memi jewellery is not plated. It is crafted from genuine precious metals guaranteeing lasting quality and value.

Vermeil jewelry and plated jewellery involves a thin layer of gold plating over a sterling silver, or a non precious metal base. This gold plating will  come off over time.

Memi jewellery is made from genuine solid precious metals, meaning it is crafted entitrely from materials like solid gold or sterling silver. Memi jewellery can be worn all day, everyday. Even while swimming or bathing. To keep your jewellery looking as good as new we recommend cleaning it regularly with jewellery cleaning solution and a soft cloth
